Shipping policy

We endeavor to ship products we have in stock within 2-3 business days of an order being placed. Some books are printed via a third-party integration (to order) and as such can take up to two weeks to print and ship. Where possible, we've called out those products in the description. PDF products will fulfill immediately. Once a PDF is downloaded, no portion of the order can be refunded.

GallantFunding products have their latest updates on our Tiny Tuesday updates (www.gallantknightgames.com) and are shipped or delivered when completed and received in hand (please see each GallantFunding page for specific details by product.)
